As a result of being in the gate automation market since 1980, we have established a significant reputation and client base. We service many gate sites on a regular basis.

SERVICING

  • With four vehicles on the road, we attend to most gate problems within 48 hours
  • Our exposure to a wide range of gate systems enables us to service most remote control gate systems
  • We are able to service many sites other than gates installed by Raclo

REFURBISHMENT & RECONDITIONING

  • Raclo carries out many refurbishments of gate entries as modifications occur to clients' driveways.
  • Reconditioning of older opening systems (i.e. 10-15 years) supports our policy of initially installing well manufactured equipment which must be fully supported from a technical point of view.

SUPPORT & KNOWLEDGE

  • Our experienced technicians are able to provide phone support.
  • Many of our installation sites are well known to our staff, which is a real benefit when problem solving is an issue.
  • Hours of operation Monday-Friday 8.00am to 4.30pm
